01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the bajibdt platform in any way — including browsing the website, downloading the bajibdt app, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet — you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them.

These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and bajibdt. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the bajibdt platform. Continued use of bajibdt after any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version.

02 Eligibility

To register and use bajibdt, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. bajibdt does not permit minors to register or play under any circumstances.
• You must be a resident of Bangladesh. bajibdt is operated for and available to players in Bangladesh. Residents of jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited are not permitted to register.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of a bajibdt employee or contractor.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from bajibdt for any reason, including self-exclusion.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

bajibdt reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If you cannot provide satisfactory verification, your account may be suspended and any pending withdrawals held until verification is complete.

03 Account Registration

Each person may hold only one bajibdt account. If bajibdt detects that a player holds more than one account, all duplicate accounts will be closed immediately. Any bonuses claimed across multiple accounts will be voided, and balances may be forfeited pending investigation.

When registering on bajibdt, you must provide accurate and complete information including your real full name, date of birth, phone number, and a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. bajibdt may request supporting documents to verify the information you have provided.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bajibdt account credentials. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. 04 Deposits

Deposits are credited to your bajibdt account balance instantly in most cases. In rare situations where a deposit is delayed due to a payment provider issue, please contact bajibdt support with your transaction reference number and we will resolve it promptly.

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of deposit.
• bajibdt does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Deposits made in error cannot always be reversed — contact support as quickly as possible if you deposit an incorrect amount.
• bajibdt reserves the right to refuse or reverse a deposit if it suspects the funds originate from fraudulent or illegal activity.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from bajibdt are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to protect players. You cannot withdraw to a different account or payment method without prior approval from bajibdt's compliance team.

Under normal operating conditions, bajibdt processes withdrawal requests within a few hours. During peak periods or when additional verification is required, processing may take up to 24 hours. bajibdt will notify you if your withdrawal requires additional review.

• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed in your account dashboard at the time of withdrawal.
• bajibdt may request identity verification documents before processing a withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or large amounts.
• Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements being met in full before the request can be processed.
• bajibdt reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal if it suspects fraudulent activity or a breach of these terms.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

bajibdt offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are communicated at the time the bonus is offered. These terms include wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit amounts, and expiry dates.

Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made. For example, a bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means you must place bets totalling 20 times the bonus amount before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash.

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn directly.

07 Gameplay Rules

All games available on bajibdt use certified random number generators to determine outcomes. Game results are final once confirmed by the system. bajibdt does not alter game outcomes after the fact, and players cannot request a reversal of a confirmed game result.

In the event of a technical fault during a game — such as a disconnection or server error — bajibdt will attempt to resolve the round based on the game state at the time of the fault. If resolution is not possible, the bet amount will be returned to your account balance. bajibdt's decision in such cases is final.

• Players are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before placing bets. Game rules are available within each game on the bajibdt platform.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface.
• bajibdt reserves the right to void bets placed in error or as a result of a system malfunction that resulted in incorrect odds or payouts being displayed.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bajibdt. Engaging in any of these will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on bajibdt, whether under your own name or using another person's identity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to place bets or interact with the bajibdt platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in games or the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live dealer games.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means or using bajibdt for money laundering purposes.
• Providing false information during registration or identity verification.
• Attempting to access another player's bajibdt account without their authorisation.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward bajibdt staff or other players.

09 Responsible Gaming
